ArthaDynamics is committed to protecting your privacy and to operating in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and rules thereunder) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What we do not collect

ArthaDynamics does not ask for, collect, or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Specifically, we do not collect:

• Your name, date of birth, or gender
• Phone number, email address, or physical address
• PAN, Aadhaar, passport, voter ID, or any government-issued ID
• Bank account numbers, credit/debit card details, or UPI IDs
• Salary details, employer information, or credit score
• Actual loan account numbers, lender names, or loan agreements

If at any point in the future the product is expanded to collect any such information, this policy will be updated and explicit consent will be obtained before collection.

What the tool processes

Loan simulation inputs — amount, interest rate, tenure, and any hypothetical prepayment or rate change events you enter — are processed in your browser for the duration of your session only. These values are not stored on our servers. When you close the browser tab, they are gone. They are not linked to you as a person.

Anonymous analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns: how many visitors use the tool, which pages are viewed, and how long sessions last. This helps us improve the product.

Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect technical data (such as IP address, approximate geographic region at city level, browser type, and device type). The data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's official opt-out browser extension.

Use of Google Analytics is subject to Google's own privacy terms, available on Google's website.

Feedback submissions

If you submit feedback through our external form (hosted on Google Forms), that form is operated by Google and subject to Google's privacy terms. Any information you voluntarily submit in that form — including contact information, if you choose to provide it — is used solely to improve ArthaDynamics.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent, lease, or share data with third parties.
• We do not build advertising profiles on users.
• We do not track you across unrelated websites.
• We do not use your simulation inputs to target you with any communication.

Your rights under DPDP Act, 2023

As a user, you have the right to:

• Know whether we hold any personal data about you (in most cases, we do not)
• Request correction or erasure of any personal data, should any exist
• Withdraw consent for any data processing

Since ArthaDynamics does not collect PII, these requests will typically return "no data held." If you have a specific question or concern, you can reach us through the feedback form linked on the main page.

Data security

Because we do not collect or store personal data, the risk surface is minimal. The tool runs calculations in your browser and returns results directly to you. No simulation data is written to any database or log.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially — for example, if the product begins collecting personal data — we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the tool after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
